This Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into as of [Effective Date] to protect the confidential information disclosed between the parties concerning [Description of the Purpose].
“Confidential Information” refers to any data or information that is proprietary to the Disclosing Party, including but not limited to business plans, financial information, intellectual property, customer lists, and trade secrets.
